Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This website, alfiekellymusic.com ("the site"), promotes Alfie Kelly, live acoustic singer and guitarist. We keep data collection to the absolute minimum. This page explains what little we do collect, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
The data controller for this site is Alfie Kelly. For anything relating to your personal data, contact: bookings@alfiekellymusic.com.
What we collect and why
- Booking enquiries. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide (name, email address, and event details). We use them only to reply to your enquiry and arrange bookings. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
- Form processing. The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), who deliver your message to us by email. Formspree acts as our processor; see the Formspree privacy policy. Transfers outside the UK rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
- Server logs. Our web host automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
- Embedded videos. Performance videos on this site are hosted by Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). They load only if you allow them, either through the cookie banner or by pressing play on an individual video. Once loaded, Facebook may set cookies and process your data as described in the Meta privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time (see Cookies below).
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data for marketing.
- We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
- We don't load fonts or other resources from third-party servers; fonts are hosted on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. We store one small preference in your browser's local storage ("ak-consent") to remember your cookie choice. This is strictly necessary to honour that choice and contains no personal data.
Third-party cookies are set only by Facebook, and only after you allow the embedded videos. To withdraw consent, use the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer and choose "Essential only", then clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.
How long we keep your data
Booking enquiries and related emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email bookings@alfiekellymusic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
